High speed tension spring machine up to 1.0mm wire diameter

The tension spring machine cls-10a first coils the spring body, then the body is transferred and finally the eyelets are bent. We can produce German, English or hook eyes as well as eyes with different diameters on the machine.

New features of the cls-10a tension spring machine compared to the CLS-10v

With 4 feed rollers we can process a smaller winding ratio
Pressing force of the transfer tongs is 1.5x higher
Operating system is on Windows
After entering the values such as wire diameter, outer diameter, type of eyelet, number of windings, etc., the program generates itself to 90%. It is no longer necessary to set the mechanical sequence for the various eyelet shapes
Automatic outer diameter control
Knife moves in and out. So nothing stands in the way of long stalk eyelets any more
Tools from the CLS-10v can be reused up to 90%
Additionally required tools are: Medium wire guide, German eyelet tools and stem eyelet tools

7 axes as standard

One axis for the feed, one for the machine, 3 axes for the winding finger, 2 axes for the transfer
The 7-axes simplify the set-up considerably and massively shorter set-up times can be achieved

Different operating modes

All axes can be operated in manual mode via a handwheel at slow speed. Other operating modes such as cycle or check mode simplify the setting of the machine.

Spring Winch Tools

We have tools for English, German and hook eyes in stock as standard. The spring tools usually have to be mechanically adapted for the spring production.

Variable outer diameter

Tension springs with different diameters for the eyelets or spring bodies can now be easily adjusted with the outside diameter axis

Accessories

The machine can be equipped with camera monitoring, additional laser sensors or pneumatic elements
