M-15-Axis CNC-16A Torsion Spring Machine with Rotating Wire

Fast and intuitive operation, a wire rotating mechanism, and eight loaded tool slides.

The machine is equipped with two swivel axes, each independently controlling the left-right movement of the tool slides.

Increased productivity through reduced setup times and decreased labor

The double swivel axis, divided into upper and lower parts, numerically controls the left-right movement of the tool slides. The program achieves high repeatability and contributes to shortening setup time. Each slide can be fixed or synchronized separately.

The machine is controlled by 15 axes: 1x feed, 1x rotating feed, 1x rotating wire guide, 2x left-right movement of tool slides, 8x tool slides, and 2x R-Servos.
The feed with 4 feed rollers reduces pressure on the wire, ensuring constant and high-quality production.
All tool slides are equipped with a crank mechanism to achieve very high production speeds. The crank mechanism allows switching to a constant speed according to product requirements.
The high-speed R-Servos reduce bending time.
The machine is equipped with a high-speed wire rotating mechanism, which minimizes vibrations to the maximum extent.
Although the spinner tool is compact, the distance between the shaft and the outer pin can be adjusted. This eliminates the need to replace the pin for each wire diameter, reducing setup time and operating costs.
The machine footprint has been reduced by 40% compared to the previous model TM-20M.

Support for IoT

The operating status of the machine can be accessed via mobile phones or computers. Improved maintenance contributes to higher machine availability.

Easy operability with MNO2 programming software (MEC New Operation 2)

The MNO2 software provides important statistics about the machine, including program sequence, operating status of each axis, input/output, jumps, etc., similar to our other spring winding machines.
The servo motors serve as force and motion sensors simultaneously.
A touch sensor allows measurement of presence/absence, winding angle, free length, etc. in a resolution of 0.001 mm. The measurement results are displayed in tables and diagrams, enabling easy automatic correction for each individual axis.
The machine offers structured production management and various data acquisition functions.
